Branch Manager
Responsible for organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the activities of the branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for Sales ( Gas Salesmen ), Service ( Servicemen ), and Office staff.
Extensive efforts are made to retain existing customers and to gain new customers. A Branch should plan for growth in gallons, tank sets and the number of company owned tanks.
Employee must be at least 25 years of age with a 2 year degree in Business or Marketing, or have the equivalent job experience. Employee should be familiar with Accounts Receivable management and have a basic working knowledge of financial reporting.
Machines, Tools & Equipment:
Operation of company vehicle and various office equipment. Employee will be required to obtain CDL in order to drive Bobtail in case of emergency, or due to loss of a Gas Salesman at a critical time.

Physical ability to drive company vehicle ( s ).
Verbal ability to communicate effectively with customers and to motivate employees.
Organizational ability to set up systems to monitor sales, collection efforts, service account status, inventory records, and customer growth.
Analytical ability to review weekly & monthly reports, computerized account histories, and detailed tank inventory listings.
Temperaments:
Employee must have the ability to plan each days activities and the organizational skills necessary to work on multiple tasks at the same time. Tact is required to deal effectively with customers, especially in dealing with problem calls or customer complaints. Employee should be able to motivate his employees to reach branch and company goals.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Job requires walking, sitting or standing for long periods of time. Peak winter season requires Saturday work to meet customer demand.
Hazards:
This job is primarily managerial in nature, but due to the nature of the product that we work with, employee must be familiar with all of the safety standards concerning handling of hazardous materials.
